samos update, x86

I'm in the middle of updating SAMOS to support the x86 targets and therefore also the BIOS and the various other x86 updates such as the PIC/APIC for interrupts and ACPI for power and state.

The other thing that may be interesting is exposing the frame buffer!

The main reason is that x86 simulators are better supported (compared to PSIM) to support Ethernet devices and usually come with GDB built-in for debugging any device drivers.

So, it's quiet at the moment, but only because I'm re-building tools and porting :)
